Quinoa ready made recipes
Quinoa is considered a superfood because it contains high quality proteins; besides it helps to keep healthy and fit as it’s a good source of dietary fibers, vitamins and minerals such as C, E, B, iron, phosphorus and magnesium. For quinoa with vegetables and quinoa salad: in a saucepan with 400ml of cold water, add the pouch content, stir and cook over medium heat for the minutes printed on the pack. Stir from time to time. Serve as a side dish (chilled or hot). For the mini-burger: in a bowl with 120ml (no more) of cold water, add the pouch content, stir and wait 10 minutes. Preheat nonstick frying pan (medium heat) and put a few drops of olive oil. After having waited 10 minutes, you can create your miniburgers/patties by hands (wet) or using a mould. Place them in the pan and cook for few minutes. Flip your burgers over when the side that is touching the pan is brown. Add salt or sauces as desired.
